I recently stayed at See You At Lily's for a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great options for tours and providing various services like tour organization and money exchange. The location was perfect, tucked away from the noise but still central, with only a short walk to the lake and night market. The private room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the breakfast was tasty. They even allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a tour elsewhere. This is definitely my favorite place to stay in Hanoi!

It was ok. Good location. Clean, few minutes walking diatance from The Old Quarter. The street is rather small, there are only few bikers passing by. Belive me in Hanoi this is a true blessing after a day spent in the noisy traffic.

If you Pay by credit card 3% commission. If you prolong your stay in Sans Souci the price is higher than in Booked.net = longer you stay more you pay ;) the difference is approx. 2 usd, not much ok, however you learn abou that while leaving (same about 3% commission if paid by card) - I wouldn't call it the best practice. They want to sell you their additional services (trupa, transport...), so be ready for answering questions every time you pass the reception.

Service is definitely excellent. Manh Tien helped us to book our side trips to Halong Bay and Sapa at a reasonable prices. It was all planned before we left our country. The room is new and clean. Breakfast is tasty. What more can you get~

The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice beds. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided. We travel often and choose accommodation in the $25-50 range. Our stay at Lily's was our last night in Vietnam after two weeks of traveling. Despite our age , we felt welcomed and enjoyed interacting with people of different ages and nationalities. The staff was friendly and the private family room with two large beds was very comfortable. The hotel had an elevator, making it easy to handle our luggage, and the strong internet connection was a plus. The cleanliness of the room, the small balcony, and the comfortable bed added to our satisfaction. The hotel's proximity to tourist sights and the convenience of having a travel agent on-site were also notable features.

celebrated my birthday at a great hostel in the old quarters of hanoi. exceeded my expectations with a big, quiet room and friendly, helpful staff. location was perfect and breakfast was delicious. even booked tours through their linked company and it was a breeze. highly recommend!

We loved staying at this hostel for our biking adventure in Hanoi! the dorms were clean and had curtains, light, and power for each bed. the staff was incredibly nice and informative, and the bathrooms were cleaner than most hostels. the location was perfect, near the lake and old quarter. Snowy helped us organize our Vietnam trip and was very helpful when we needed to change plans last minute. the free breakfast was good, and the luggage storage was really helpful. great value for money!

The dorms and sheets were impeccably clean, and the bathroom was the cleanest we had encountered in any hostel in Vietnam. This hostel is the perfect balance of being social without being a party hostel, ensuring a good night's sleep. My stay at See You At Lily's was simply amazing! The location was perfect and the dormitory room was incredibly comfortable.
